Post Package information...2+ months still no package?

My package was shipped two months ago now for the last month it has said delay in shipping last place it was to ship out of was Chicago then four days after it had said it was leaving Chicago is when delay in shipping popped up September 8th and 12th could you please let me know what is going on and when my package will arrive LY423017711CN is my package number thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php?code=LY423017711CN shows the parcel arrived USPS Chicago sorting center on Sep 12 but never shows up again. It must be lost in USPS system.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

And what if the card i ordered with is now canceled? That account no longer exists
