My package hasn't been updated/changed since its been shipped out. It appears that it is still in China even though it's been 11 days since it first got shipped.
Tracking Number: LM056543175CN
2016-08-01 12:22: 518021,China, International item mailed in originating country

1. It's very unusual to have an E Packet with no follow up tracking. Maybe China Post did not update the tracking for this parcel or the parcel was forgotten in a corner or even lost.

2. Either way you need to contact seller as soon as possible to find out what is wrong with the parcel, it should have added at least on more tracking like maybe going from Shenzhen to Canada.

For some reason the tracking info didn't update until it was delivered to my house, so i'm fine now. Thanks for the help :)

I did tracking of my package /parcel and got the following result:

Parcel No.RS164162074CN tracking result
2016-08-07 00:50:03.0 parcel center received
2016-08-07 04:54:44.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-08-07 04:56:49.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-08-07 05:26:13.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-08-07 07:27:51.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-08-07 07:27:51.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-08-08 09:26:00.0 arrive 福州Airport
2016-08-08 09:27:25.0 leaving 福州Airport going to next airport/seaport

It has not moved since then (12 days) ... please inform me of the status please.

I always check a few tracking websites and I did not come out with different results (yet). But in general I would consider more reliable the ones with more and same detailed results.

Hi,
Apparently sometimes tracking is not available once parcel left the Chinese airport. Have you already experienced same issue, when the shipping took more time than usually? If not, I would contact the seller so he/she call China Post to check on actual parcel status. I know the cases when parcel has been returned from the airport for security reason. You can also try to reach Austria Post maybe your package is at Austrian customs.
