I posted here about a little more than 2 weeks ago. My package from China arriving here in the USA has not been delivered yet. On Ebay, the latest estimated delivery date was November 4th. I know on here, it says the longest it could take for a package is 61 days. But does that happen often? Or is my package lost?

Here is the Tracking number:
RS269000734CN

It's been a month since the first tracking information. Is this normal? Thank you

1. First of all, if I read your message

2. Now you have to calculate how much time that is giving from the time the parcel was sent to the time it estimated to be deliver. I suspect the count will be around 15 working days.

3. Now let look at was China Post is saying:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time Stat Report
This report is based on big shipping data from Jan 01,2015 to May 31,2015.
For USA they are saying:
Shortest: 8
Average: 16
Longest: 62

4. So what I suspect is E Bay took the average to give you the Estimated time of Arrival. Which by itself is not bad but it's only an Estimate.

5. What could be the problem with your parcel then. Well first of all, the parcel was sent just after a 1 week long National China holiday from 01 - 08 Oct. So when the mail started on the 09 Oct, it was the chaos all over.

6. All parcel departing from China to overseas where backlog because there was not enough room on the Aircraft for all the mail bags to carry the parcels out of China. Even China Post Express mail was backlog in China. A lot of person from USA got their E Packet (which is faster delivery from your parcel) parcel late also like 1.5 to 4 weeks later then they should have.

7. Coming to your parcel now, I know for a fact that in Guangzhou there was a backlog of parcel for a minimum of 2 weeks if not more. So since your parcel is Registered Air mail I suspect the same thing happen to your parcel and it did departed late from China to USA.

8. Because we don't have any flight number about the departure of your parcel, we assume that the parcel is in USA territory but we can not confirm that because we can not track it on the USPS site.

9. Is your parcel lost, I suspect your parcel is not lost but was late leaving China. So basically it means late delivery to you. I don't know the ins and out on E Bay if you have buyers protection or not. But maybe it would be a good thing to advise the seller that you have not receive your parcel.

10. Sorry for the long post about your parcel.

Alright thank you for all of that information! How long do you think I should wait to see if the package will come? Should I contact ebay about it now or just wait and see if it comes and then contact them in the middle of December if it did not come yet?

1. You should contact the seller now to at least let him know that the parcel has not arrive. You might see your parcel maybe before the end of Nov.
