Is it possible for someone at the China Post to make sure my package actually exists? I live in the USA. Even though it has a tracking number, I just want to make sure it's real and I'm not being tricked. My seller is not contacting me back either.

The mailing address is:

277 Twin oaks Dr
Nashville, TN 37211

And how would I file an international inquiry on this package if my seller isn't responding to my messages? Can I do it myself to the China Post?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php can track the parcel status. Your seller used a very slow and cheap service (surface parcel) which might take half year to reach USA. Correct shipping method to USA is China Post register mail(format R****CN) or China Post ePacket (format L****CN).

You should open dispute and claim compensation from seller.

you can not change shipping method after the parcel has been shipped.
