Hi

I didn’t received my parcels yet in canada. And unable to track their status RM973366316CN and RO281459333CN.
I don’t know about whereabouts of my parcel. I want to know where they are they are already 1 month delayed. I am leaving country within a month so want them ASAP. Can u help?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RM973366316CN was sent to airline in July and RO281459333CN was sent to airline on Aug 22.

Both parcel numbers start with R which is called China Post register airmail. After sent to airline, this kind of china post register mail parcel will wait about 2 to 3 weeks to catch flight to Vancouver, then wait another 4 to 8 weeks to complete Canada customs processing in Richmond,BC. Total you might wait up to 3 months to the register airmail parcel from China.

Next time please use ePacket to ship parcel from China to Canada which is much faster than register mail. Register mail tracking number starts with letter L not R.

Am i able to change the address now, so I can receive it at new address?

If you move to a new address, you need contact Canada Post and forward all your coming parcel from old address to new address. Some fee may apply.
