I've had a package that said it was sent to airlines in Guangzhou on 8/9 and haven't had any updates since then. The number is EV928815549CN. I had 2 packages shipped at about the same time and those 2 arrived after about 2 weeks of shipment. What is the problem with this one?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV928815549CN show the parcel was handed over to airlines in Guangzhou, it is still waiting for the flight space to USA, There are few international flights in China now, so the parcel need to take a long time to get on the plane.
suggest you wait patiently and watch for the buyer protection, if it is expiring, you must ask the seller or the website to extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
