http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RG618173728CN was transfered to Beijing on Oct 29 and just left China on Oct 30. you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

EA307687162CN left Suzhou on Oct 11. normally it should arrive USA in 2 weeks. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by next week, open dispute for lost parcel.
