How long do I wait before asking for my money back? It left Shenzen then... nothing... for over a week now. Not even a scan to show it's been through customs. I have a friend who ordered 3 days after me and her item is already shown as processed through Chicago Sorting Center. It's extremely frustrating as I'm waiting on an item that's being resent as they sent me the wrong product the first time.

I called USPS and they said that it isn't shown as entering the United States, but I've heard of packaging completely missing the scan at customs and just showing up at your local post office one day. Could she be misinformed or is my package definitely still in Shenzhen?
