My item (wedding veil - only US$3.51) left China en route to Canada on Jan 21.
It has not reached Canada. Should I be worried?

eBay seller says he will refund or resend. Anyway, I told him let's wait 2 weeks.

In eBay, if I contact Seller and Seller agrees to re-ship item, should I also click "Open Dispute" so that eBay is monitoring? Otherwise, Purchase Protection Plan expires 30 days after expected shipment date if I did not click "Open Dispute".

Finally, my package arrived on March 4, 2015 to Canada (eBay payment on January 12, 2015; China Post en route to destination update January 21, 2015.)

My other eBay/aliexpress orders in February arrived with it at the same time. So I think the Chinese New Year rush kept the January package from moving and once the rush was over, it made it's way over together with my February orders.

So if you are waiting there is still hope. China Post tracking is not updated immediately. After I signed for another package, the next day the tracking website still said it was en route even though I received it.
