Two packages were mailed at the same time, one arrived in 2 weeks.

This one hasn't been updated on any tracker since December 2nd.

1. I have the same tracking has you, maybe the parcel got lost or misplace.

2. May I suggest to contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and have him call China Post EMS to find out more information about your parcel.

3. In worst case scenario open a dispute.

Can somebody help me my parcel has been in transit to U.K. For 5 weeks from China tracking seems to be valid?

I ordered a An item Saturday the seller shipped Monday I try to track and it says no shipping record Can someone help

1. Without the tracking number it's very difficult to help you.

2. Have you contacted your seller, what is he saying about your parcel. Has he call China Post EMS hot line to find more information about your parcel.

LX227637661CN was shipped on Dec 2. normally such ePacket parcel should arrive UK in 2 weeks. If not, it should be lost. open dispute to seller asap.
