I had ordered an item on 29th December from china but I haven't yet received that. tracking information not showing anything after 14th jan. Here is what tracking information says.

2016-01-05 12:17:32.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-01-10 18:37:40.0 Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center received
2016-01-10 18:37:46.0 Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center customs scan
2016-01-10 22:42:57.0 leaving Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center ，next station 广商大宗
2016-01-11 20:06:00.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-12 04:49:37.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-01-13 09:47:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-01-13 09:56:09.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-01-14 17:05:00.0 Shanghai departure

Is my parcel lost? let me know.

Depending on destination delivery can take 30 up to more than 60 days 😉

After leaving china (jan 14) you won't see any tracking update until it go trough customs inspection

Hello,

The destination is Toronto, Canada. Also there was an Android TV box inside it, does it creates any delay?

if no battery inside, it should be ok.
