Hello my package hasn't moved for over a month, what is going on? Here is my tracking number: RF961838469CN

What does "Suzhou center export customs cleared" mean? Thanks!

By the way, package is shipping to Canada.

RF961838469CN left China for Canada on Oct 1st. it should have arrived Canada long time ago. However, as per Globalmail and CBC news report, Canada Post often wait about 30 to 80 days to process international airmail parcel and causes a lot of complaint. So far, they do not give any solution to speed up the procedure. You can do nothing but waiting.

In future, I suggest you use China Post ePacket to ship parcel from China to Canada. ePacket is about 5 Dollars more expensive than airmail but much faster and reliable. Canada Post give high priority on processing ePacket from China.

Is there any way I can check on the status of the international airmail processing?

Unfortunately Canada post does not allow user to check international parcel processing status.
