Dear Sir/Madam,

I have the mail with the tracking number RA277722610CN stuck with the update "Sent to airline" since 1st of January. I would really appreciate your help if you could provide the latest status on the mail?

sent to airline status stuck within 5 weeks is quite common. be patient.
