Please be aware if your parcel are going through Vancouver there is a big delay at the Canadian Customs. Delay are between 4 to 6 weeks.

I am also Canadian and waiting for two parcels from China.

had the same problem .My parcel was stuck since March 21 .And guess what .I called their Hong Kong post office they said we don't have any record of your parcel.
I tracked it via the destination country they said it's not there. I called again and they said the same thing .Guess what? Since then when I track my parcel a message says"we didn't receive your parcel" which is a big lie. So if you want to know has happened to your parcel, call their office right now.
Be sure if they have lost it they do not answer. The operator said: We don't have any records!!!!!!!
