Hi there,

I’ve regularly read the forum so I’m hoping the shipment delay is only due to no cargo space but can I get a detailed status? Shipment ID EV921226565CN And this is EMS right?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV921226565CN shows your parcel was just shipped from China to Pakistan on Mar 5. It is still in Guangzhou. The parcel has some serious delay in shipping time and status update.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel is still waiting in warehouse, not sure when they can get shipping space from airline. Please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
