Post No movement in my postage for past 3 months

Hi there,
My package has not arrived.the last movement for it was on the 3rd November but I cant understand what it says. Do you know where it is at present or how much longer I will be waiting as it first had a tracking number on the 8th of october? the tracking
is UT399012950CN

UT399012950CN was sent to airline to New Zealand on nov 21(your seller delayed shipment for one month).

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service (most seller use this service for low value item). Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

No such number. you can do nothing but waiting at this moment. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
