anyone got rip-off by or received from newportpleasurecigarettes?
I never receive my paid package of $200 for 10 cartons of Dunhill
This probably the last time I will buy anything from China.

The guy is a fraud and is making a bad name for China.
Ater Western Union him $200 (plus $12 fee at Ralphs) I never heard from the bastard again,
