i made a purchase from a website (Banggood.com) and i have been waiting over a month for this package here is the tracking number CP307219258CN can someone please help me with this.

CP307219258CN is surface parcel which might take half year to arrive. if you think your seller used wrong shipping service, open dispute and claim compensation from seller.

your seller should not use surface mail (format CP*****cn), If he use register mail (Format R****CN), the speed will be much faster.
