Hi, can anyone help with this track# RC490872398HK. It appears that the item was sent on Oct 9th, haven't updated since then. I have read some posts, and know that taking up to 25 days to arrive isn't unusual(my first time to track a registered mail though), can anyone confirm if the item is on the right track. Can I expect the item to arrive sometime next week or the week after. Many thanks

Canada Post no longer scan parcels from China and Hong Kong. So you can not know the status after the parcel departure from Hong Kong on Oct 9.

As per my personal experience. Shipping to Canada from Hong Kong might take up to 5 weeks, you need a little bit more patient.
