Hi, I need help tracking a package I ordered from Amazon as a gift for my wife. Seller says it was delivered but I never received. I am in Canada and only have the China post tracking number LZ712646878CN, he wants me to check with Canada post but don't have the information to do so. Tracking site shows deliver but to an odd code that is not my address at all.

Canada Post website shows the parcel arrived BOISBRIAND,QC Aug 28, then Item redirected to recipient's new address and delivered on Aug 30.

You need contact Canada Post for delivery detail. If you believe Canada Post delivered to wrong address, you need open dispute to Amazon for refund.
