Hi i need help with my tracking is there other way i can check what happened to my package thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it left Hangzhou on Nov 16. It should be delayed somewhere between Hangzhou and Shanghai. If I were you, I will keep waiting another 2 weeks. If it can not arrive by Dec 10, I will open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

How bout thisone pls RL072383313CN does it mean that its going to the destination (canada)? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows its last location was in Xiamen. Normally parcel should go to Beijing,Shanghai or Guangzhou first before leaving China. Your parcel has not left China yet. It should be delayed in Xiamen.

So if its say leaving shanghai or guangzhou that mean it is going to the destination? Becasue kne of my order says leaving shanghai
