Greetings,

I am seeking assistance with an item. Tracking number CP218087144CN

It has been 31 days since it was sent to airline from what I can find online.

I contacted the sender, and she stated that with her tracking, it shows that the item is in transit at this time and should arrive in the US any day now. She says that the translation on the tracking I am seeing to English does not give all of the information and this is why it appears to be stuck in Beijing.

Can you offer any help or further information please?

if you have not got it 30 days after "sent to airline" date, the parcel might be lost. you need to open a dispute and get your money back. check following post:
