They should have been loaded on arecraft ~2 month ago?

1. Both parcels where flown from Shenzhen to Seoul to Vancouver, since you have not receive your parcels, then you should contact seller and tell him. Try to have an arrangement with him. If not and you still can open a dispute.

2. By now after 2 months, either your parcels are lost or misplace.
