Post My tracking number isnt working

I bought a item on amazon on the morning of the 27th. The seller says it was shipped on the afternoon of the 28th and gave me a tracking number. When it didn't work 2 days later I messaged him and he told me china post has shipped it. I looked on this forum when it wasn't working 2 days ago to see if other people have this issue. It says I should wait 2-4 days, week at max. It has now been a week and the seller keeps telling me that china post has my package and has shipped it. The thing is, the package is supposed to be here in 5 days, still no word on where my package is. The tracking number is LT883102863CN, I hope someone can help me to know if this is a real number or not.

LT883102863CN is invalid number. your seller did not ship the goods yet. You should tell seller that if you can not get tracking result before Mar 10, you will file complaint to Amazon. Normally seller will give you solution immediately otherwise Amazon will downgrade his shop.

By the way, don't expect parcel can arrive USA in 1 week, normally shipping time from china to USA will take about 2 weeks(suppose seller really shipped the goods)

He messaged me back and he just completely forgot to send it. He told his tracking service to get it to me in a week. It is being air posted to me. It has already left China and is flying to the US
