Hello,

I got a message that my shipment couldn't be delivered.
"According to China Post, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact
China Post to arrange another delivery attempt."

My tracking number is : LZ219182274CN
Can you please let me know when you can to ship it to Israel?

Israel Post website shows the parcel is in "Holon, Holon, Due to its size or weight a notice was left for the addresse"

you should go to your local Israel Post office and pickup the parcel.
