Post My Postal Code is incorrect

Tracking number: LY369289452CN
My postal code is incorrect which will effect my delivery. How can I correct it to insure proper delivery? not 11591.......Help!

you can not change address and zip code after parcel is shipped. The parcel will be delivered by USPS. You can contact your local USPS office and see if they can deliver the parcel to your address if zip code is wrong but address is correct.
