My package hasn't moved in 6 days!! Yet, it says on the way to JFK Airport in New York! Has the plane crashed?

LY083438137CN is still waiting for flight space from chengdu to JFK. waiting time can take 10 to 20 days, please be patient.

I was promised I would received my shipment within 1 to 2 weeks and has been 2 weeks. I also get no response from the seller
