In an évent the parcels goes missing and I paid through Western Union, Can I log in a transaction disputé and claim for a refund?

if you paid with Western Union, I don't think they can allow you to open dispute to get refund. Only Paypal ,amazon and aliexpress allows customer to open dispute.
