Post My packege rejected!!! why？？where is it？？？

My tracking number RX545217947DE. I order some body and face scrubs on the BodyBlendz(website: http://bodyblendz.com.au). I searched my tracking number that shows to me packege in ShuangNan station rejected and it stayed 5 days. so anybody help me????

3. Unless you can stop China Post to send back the parcel, it's going back to sender of the parcel. You can try to contact China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where is the parcel, can they deliver or can you pick it up.

1. Sender of the parcel should call China Post: Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185, they speak only Mandarin. Email and webchat is out of question. They will not answer the EMail.
