Post my package was trackable but now it isnt.

I got my package from amazon and now it isn't track-able. It was supposed to come today but it didn't. What happended?! the tracking number is LN576708345CN. And the last time it was tracked and worked it was december 12, 2014. its then been there for 1 month now.

they told me too wait 2 weeks untill they give me refund
