Post My package stopped moving

I had 2 packages mailed through china post and both of them have not moved since 06/18/2014 the last tracking information says (Export Customs Scan Nanjing USA 20140618 1503) any idea why they have not moved in 17 days? the tracking numbers are RC068735433CN and RC068739608CN

Ohh and I have tracked it through USPS to make sure it is not already in America, and it isn't USPS says "Orgin post is preparing shipment" still.

nanjing is experiencing seriously delay because of an International youth Olympic games there. You might need some patient.
