Hi, my seller shipped my package on June 11, 2017. Arrived at New York isc and it got inbound into customs on June 14, 2017. And haven't got any update yet! I asked my seller to ship my package to my job since I be at work most of the time of my day. But ever since I found out my package was stuck at customs, I was bit worried, so when my seller shipped out another package to my house (this package only got delayed Bc of the factory issue but this wasn't a re-ship for previous package.) but my second package arrived to my house without any problem and it didn't get "inbound into customs" neither! My first package was in a pretty big box so as my second shipment. I also haven't got any letter from customs regarding my package yet. I'm just worried the fact that my package has been just sitting at the customs for 2 weeks for no reason. Can you help me why my package is being held for 2 weeks?

I've contact usps, they say it's in customs so they can't do anything about it. Contact the customs, they wrote my tracking number down and I haven't heard anything about it from them. My seller contacted EMS regarding my package and still haven't heard anything from anyone! Is anyone having problem with isc newyork? Any delays?
