Hi,

I ordered something from Ebay and it was processed on 6/12/17. Since then, it says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" and have not updated. I contacted the seller several times and he said it was due to delay in the post office...

I'm not satisfied with that answer and want to find out what really is the problem.. Could you please help me out? My tracking number is LK269922849CN.

LK269922849CN left china for chicago on Jun 14. Now it should be chicago waiting for import processing. this procedure might take 2 to 4 weeks.

Wow.. to chicago..? I live in california.. Do you know why it got sent to chicago in the first place?

It got sent to Chicago because of US Customs. I need to find my package to LW389710792CN

it will transit to california after customs clearance completes.

No movement on tracking for LW457134221CN since 6-24-17. USPS has no record of it arriving in US. Help.

USPS website shows it just arrived USPS facility in Chicago. You will get it very soon.
