Hey I bought something from China a while ago but have yet to even get an update on tracking. It's been on en route since December 3. It's being shipped by Epacket. I really need it as soon as possible and hopefully before Christmas (probably won't arrive by Christmas). I'm not sure why it's been stuck on en route to Canada for so long...please help. My tracking number is LM178344695CN

1. You are not the first one complaining about E Packet to Canada. What I have notice, is every parcel from Shanghai are longer to arrive in Vancouver, Canada then a parcel from somewhere else.

2. Here is an example:
2016-12-06 11:15
Canada, reached the processing center from China
2016-12-01 23:03
Wenzhou, Wenzhou City, leaving to Vancouver

3. Maybe they are physically scanning carefully all parcels arriving from Shanghai. Or there is a problem in Shanghai to send parcel out, like maybe not enough room on the Aircraft for the mail bags so the departure is always delay.

4. Unfortunately I can not say more about your parcel to just continue tracking it on the Canada Post site for any new movement.

1. You should check Canada Post you have movement.

when did you order yours? I'm from Canada too and my status has stayed the same as your since dec 3 too. still waiting.
