My item was sent back to china due to address issues. The company does not respond to my email and the phone number does not work. The online company was called Transcend based in china. I did not use paypal. What should I do? How do I get a refund or my package resent? Item number is LS778505779CN'

LS778505779CN was delivered to shipper on Mar 31st. If you did not use paypal, you might need call your credit card company and claim refund.
