Good afternoon,

this tracking number is already in USA and they have been trying to delivered the package, but the company its on vacations until 3 of January. Is there a Possibility of change the address to blocks next to the original address? if not, can you provide the address or phone number of the office that have the package so someone can pass by and pick it up??

you should contact USPS and find a solution. The parcel delivery is arranged by USPS.
