Good morning,
I am trying to find out where my package might be, the tracking site is showing NO movement since June 28 when it was purchased. That's almost a month with NO movement.
The tracking # is LY368945695CN.
Can you help?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY368945695CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 28. Normally it should arrive USA in 2 to 3 weeks.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get the parcel by July 31, open dispute for lost parcel.

My package has never arrived. I have looked all over this site and cannot find a way to "open dispute for lost parcel".
Please give me instructions on how I am to do that.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, contact your customer service to open dispute. Otherwise contact your bank to file charge back and claim refund.
