Post Longer than normal wait for delivery

Hello, back on October 22nd I got an e-mail with my tracking number. I've been trying to keep my eye on tracking with the website, but it seems that I have to click on Track button between 5 and 10 times before it will eventually show any information. When it does come up it says that it left customs on 2019/20/24. When I look at some FAQs, I am still below the longest delivery time of 62 days, but that is only 2 weeks from now. And the average time being about 16 days, which we are way past now.

Something that worries me is that when I try and visit the store site where it was originally ordered from, the page seems to no longer exist. So I'm wondering if anything really was sent. Just hoping to get an update that says that this is just a longer than average delivery time and that it is still on it's way.

My tracking number is LW769652031CN

LW769652031CN was returned by USPS to China because shipper printed insufficient address.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

If it did make it to the USA and into USPS for delivery, how come the tracking information does not say that. It ends with:
2019/10/24 22:50 Departure export customs CHENGDU EMS

If it had said that it at least made it to USPS then I would have seen that and been able to inquire with them where it was here in the USA?
