Hello, I ordered naruto key chains from ali-express and LN576012957CN is the tracking number, but no info shows up when i try to track it. i spoke to the seller and she said that she shipped them but the package might of got lost or got stop at customs. please help me, she told me is not a fake tracking number, its real ! she said she can refund me but i dont want refund i want my keychains :(

LN576012957CN is fake number. seller did not ship it. open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

If seller really shipped the goods, http://track-chinapost.com/ will show location and status of the parcel. but there is no information about LN576012957CN, it should be fake number.

hmmm true, but what if it got stopped at customs or it got lost? i will wait for 20 days until the buyer protection wears off and see what happens, if not ill get my refund... i dont see why she has to lie to me if she did not send it :/

wait 20 days is ok. The seller might not ship the goods because of no stock. Maybe she will ship the goods next week with the same tracking number. If she ships the goods, you will see the real shipment date in http://track-chinapost.com.

yeah i talked to her and she SWEARS she did ship it, but because of holiday season it might of got lost because China post office has too many packages to handle for the holiday season. oh well lets see what happens

maybe it was mistyped? on the homepage it says that the tracking numbers start with certain letters or numbers, and none of them start with LN

actually ive seen a few that starts with LN here in the forums and they were able to be tracked

LN parcel can be tracked in http://track-chinapost.com/. There is no holiday after Oct 1st in China. We have tracked many LN parcels for users, all shows up immediately. Your seller did not ship the goods so far, you no need trust him any more.
