I have the exact same problem. 2 of my shipments are last scanned oct8th

1. E Packet is not a scam, it only that parcel arriving in Vancouver are taking longer to get out of Customs. Right now the waiting period is 21 days after they left China.

2. This 21 days has been going on since Sep this year. Normally E Packet should take 6 to 12 working days excluding the time spent at the Customs Office of each country.

3. So for parcel LM106899797CN the date that a new update should appear on Canada Post site should be 29 Oct or after.
