Is it normal that I can't track my parcel and it has been shipped 4 days ago? Seller says it is because logistic is slow at this moment of the year.. True?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel was just shipped. Please patiently wait about 2 to 4 weeks, you will get it in Canada.
