Hello
I send a phone to repair in garante
this package is send from Portugal 31.07.2018
i check via track number the situation,but from day 12.08.2018 the state is the equal
the track number is: VD000036844PT

please can somebody help me

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=VD000036844PT shows the parcel arrived Shenzhen on Aug 12 but never delivered. it should be lost.

You need file investigation request with Portugal post and claim compensation from insurance company.

Unfortunately China Post will not reply any email inquiry. You can not contact China Post directly. If you are sender of the parcel, contact your local Portugal Post , tell them your parcel seems to be lost and you need investigation. Portugal Post will contact China Post for parcel detail.
