Tracking info is: LM215606888CN
bought something from aliexpress and it says its been delivered but theres nothing. I don't think it even arrived in Canada? I have contacted the seller and said their shipping service told them that its been shipped already. I'm still waiting for CanadaPost to open so I can check... if you check on 17track, it says its been delivered and signed by some business department.

Can anyone tell me where it is? I talked to AE and they're up to refund if theres nothing.

Thank you for the fast reply. I did what you said and sent him the tracking info then they said they're going to check and put back the protection buyer time thing on Aliexpress. What should I do about this now? Will the package come or not? Thank you

1. Possibly what's going to happen is he will have to re-send the parcel and he will have to give you a new tracking number.

2. If within let's say 72 hours you don't here from him, just contact him and ask him if he is going to send the parcel back into the mail.

3. If you don't get any answer after 48 hours you left him a message, then open a dispute to get your money back.
