Post Is tracking number RO233649666CN valid?

Hi,

I ordered from a seller, and she gave me this tracking number 3 days ago : RO233649666CN
I checked and there's no update at all, is it a valid tracking number?
It should shipped to USA.

1. Your tracking number is not a valid tracking number. You can check here:
http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

2. You should contact seller and tell them that the tracking number is not valid, fake number. Maybe they did a mistake in writing the number when they gave it to you.

3. If answer does not meet your expectation then open a dispute when you can to get your money back.

2. Lately in Guangzhou Airport there has been some problem for parcel departing China because of closer security check on parcel. It seems that your parcel is maybe having problem there.

3. You need to track your parcel for at least 12 more days to see if anymore tracking is added to it. Like arrive Guangzhou Airport and leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport. If after 12 days you don't see anymore tracking then there is good possibility that the parcel departed from China to UK.

Hi,

As of today, the tracking information has not been updated in the system yet. Please keep on tracking for the next couple of days (to a maximum of 10 days after the seller provided you with the tracking information). If after 10 days and the tracking information is still not in the system (or it says "Expired") then it means that the seller has not shipped out the order. Under that circumstance, please file for dispute against the order.
