I just ordered a product on 8th of nov and they provide me a tracking number of China post ie RU299046933NL On date 10th nov is this even correct because it shows nothing how can we track this number

RU299046933NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.

You need track the parcel in Netherlands Post website. As I said to you, your parcel is not China Post parcel. If Netherlands Post has no record, it might be fake number and you might be scammed.
