3. So according to the tracking of sky56, the parcel arrive in Finland just like they said it would and according to their tracking the parcel is at the Customs Office since the 07 Dec.
4. I really don't like the above tracking about your parcel. So according to the above tracking Finland Post would have share the information about your parcel to sky56. Or there is a representative from sky56 in Finland.
5. I would go to dispute with the seller first and if that fail, then to your credit card company.
