Hi. I purchased from Ioffer and the seller gave me this tracking number: RM962713709CN. WHen I try tracking it it says: Parcel#RM962713709CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with this number!

Is this a fake tracking number?

Yes. It is fake. You should be cautious of iOffer sellers, many users in this forum have reported fraud from iOffer.
