I ordered something in March 31st and it said 2-10 business days. I checked the history and it says recieved by local pst office but hasn’t shown up to my house yet. It’s already April 14th

USPS website shows "ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 4:24 pm on April 12, 2018."

You will get it very soon.

You need wait 2 to 3 days and see if USPS will transit it from Chicago to San Antonio.
