The title speaks for itself. I've been getting ripped off back to back ordering products via ebay most recently i paid about $40 for a fur i waited but he sent me the wrong thing he instead sent me a piece of see through type of fabric idk what it is the first ship started with LK & This one starts with RK & Ends with CN I do believe it's slower but i want to know why has it been sitting in the same spot for a whole entire week know being transferred to diffrent places within china which i don't understand it should go directly to the USA so i don't understand. Is there some type of delay? Are they holding on to my package? What is the next destination? This is just ohhh so very frustrating to me!

RK383200938CN is china post register mail which can not be tracked in USA(USPS does not scan such parcel). Normally it will take 4 to 5 weeks to reach USA.

If your seller uses ePacket (number starting with LK), i will be much faster and can be tracked in USPS website. You should complain the seller who uses the cheap and slow service and ask for compensation.
