3. Your parcel is a Registered parcel so somebody has to sign for it. Also I suspect because the parcel was ship out of Shanghai it must have arrive in the West Coast Inbound mail warehouse. Possibly the Customs Office there are very busy with parcel arriving from China and they have to check each parcel.

2. Maybe you could try this, because it's a registered parcel, somebody has to sign for it. Maybe USPS are still scanning the parcel but don't let the customer know it. That might be done in case a parcel is lost and an investigation is ask to USPS about a certain parcel. May I suggest you get to a USPS Post Office and try to talk to a supervisor and ask him politely if he could by any chances see the parcel in his system.

1. I don't know where you track the parcel but I would say by what you are writing, that the parcel would have been deliver and sign for by the recipient of the parcel.
